Service Terms & Conditions

All services (as defined below) offered by Big Sky Country Transport (BSCT) are subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”). By submitting payment for services, you agree to the terms listed below.

Reservations for transportation are valid only for the time and date specified. Any changes must be submitted to BSCT prior to arrival and may result in additional charges. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in pickup time or location, additional passengers, or added stops.


Cancellation Policy

  • Full payment is due 30 days prior to the start of your first reservation.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days are 20% non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours are 100% non-refundable.

  • Reservations not paid in full 48 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to cancellation.

Please note: There are no exceptions to this policy for cancelled, missed, or diverted flights, extreme flight delays, inclement weather, or incorrect reservation information.
BSCT reserves the right to update this cancellation policy with advance notice.


Event Booking Cancellation Policy

  • Payment for event bookings is due 30 days prior to the event date.

  • Cancellations within 30 days are 50% non-refundable.

  • Cancellations within 72 hours are 100% non-refundable.


Private Transportation

We specialize in private transportation services based on the information you submit. We do not offer ride-share services at this time.


Travel Times

Travel time depends on geography, weather, time of day, and traffic conditions. BSCT cannot guarantee exact travel times and is not responsible for delays caused by weather or traffic.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel rides due to unsafe conditions (a refund will be issued for the affected portion).

  • Adjust pickup times to account for inclement weather or traffic concerns.


Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. This includes tobacco, marijuana, and vape products.
Violation of this policy will result in a $250.00 charge.


Alcohol Policy

Consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited in all vehicles.


Contact Information

Failure to provide accurate contact details for traveling parties may result in cancellation and forfeiture of payment if we’re unable to reach the client.


Responsibility for Information Accuracy

Clients are responsible for submitting accurate and updated travel details.
If your airline changes flight numbers or times, you must notify us.
Failure to update your reservation may result in cancellation without refund.


Lost Items

BSCT assumes no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

  • If an item is found in a vehicle, we’ll attempt to return it to your lodging if feasible.

  • If shipping is required, you’ll be responsible for shipping costs plus $30.00 per 30 minutes of handling time.


Damaged Items

We are not responsible for:

  • Broken handles, wheels, or straps.

  • Damage resulting from over-packing, improper packing, or fragile items.

Clients are responsible for securing all valuables during transport.


Safety

Seat belts are provided and must be worn at all times, as required by law.

  • Clients refusing to wear a seat belt may be denied service.

  • If a ride is cancelled due to refusal to comply, no refund will be issued.


Car Seats

  • Car seats are available for rent and may be required depending on the child’s age and size.

  • Legal guardians are responsible for proper installation. BSCT drivers are not permitted to install car seats.

  • Failure to disclose the need for car seats in advance will result in:

    • A $50.00 fee per car seat if we must retrieve them during your trip.

    • If no car seats are available and they were not requested, the reservation will be cancelled with no refund.


Pets

Pets are allowed with 72 hours’ advance notice and must be in a kennel or carrier.

  • If no carrier is provided at pickup, a $100.00 cleaning fee will apply.


Additional Stops

We cannot guarantee availability for unscheduled stops.

  • All pre-scheduled stops are billed at $25.00 per 15 minutes.

  • Pre-ordered grocery stops are $50.00 flat rate.

  • Last-minute grocery stops, if time allows, will incur a $125.00 charge for the hour.


Damage Policy

Clients are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by their party. This includes:

  • Smoking in the vehicle: $250.00

  • Incidents involving bodily fluids: $250.00 cleaning fee
